You posted “our” taxes. Does your brother qualify to be your dependent?  If so, unreimbursed medical expenses are an itemized deduction on Sch A. You can deduct an amount of total medical expenses greater than 7.5 per cent of your AGI.

Child support is not taxable income and would not be included on the tax return at all.
