Both my wife and I are F1 non-resident aliens (both of us live in US for around 3 years, is my tax withholding allowance the same as when I am single?

I am asking because it writes "If married, but spouse is a nonresidential alien, check the single box" on W-4. It means I still need to pay with single tax rate right?

Yes, that is correct.  You still need to check the single box.

TurboTax has never supported Form 1040NR: U.S. Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return, but we have a partnership with Sprintax offering a nonresident tax filing solution to our TurboTax customers.

Visit the TurboTax/Sprintax site for more info or to get started.

Hi I am not talking about my tax return but my W-4 tax withholding. Is it the same as when I am single? Thanks.

Yes, on your W-4 you need to check the single box if your spouse is  a nonresident alien.
