Windows 11, TurboTax Deluxe 2023: when it came time for billing for state filing, the billing address page had a "back" button but not a "continue" button.
In my case, it turned out that the "continue" button disappeared on moving the window from one screen to the next. Once it disappeared, the "tab" key could still get to it, but there was then a second problem. The USPS default address uses a space between the 5-digit and 4-digit parts of the ZIP code, but TT forces the use of a "-", so the two can never agree. Then I couldn't get out of the window.
For TT developers, there are two things that really need to be fixed:
* Make the windows show all information, including buttons, under all circumstances. You need to preserve the information when the window moves to a second monitor, because if you don't some of it may be "off the screen". At the very least, make it possible to resize the window.
* Change the TT ZIP code format to match the USPS default ZIP code format. It's pointless to force a format that disagrees with it. Can't be that hard to enforce a space instead of a "-" for 5+4 zip codes.
