I have to file taxes for an estate and also for ourselves can I use the business program for the personal taxes with a 1099misc? I hate to purchase different programs this year if I can avoid it. Thank you for your help!

If you have to file an estate income tax return (1041), you need TurboTax Business software (not the personal software). Or you can use the IRS forms and prepare manually. Note: 1041 estate income returns are prepared if the estate earned $600 or more in income.
For your 1099-MISC self-employment income, TurboTaxDeluxe can prepare a simple schedule C-EZ with no expense items. Otherwise, you would need TurboTax Self-Employed to enter expenses.
