Being forced to upgrade due to 1098-T?

This is my 3rd year as a student, and I've never been forced to upgrade to the deluxe edition in order to file. This year it is telling me that my taxes can't be completed unless i upgrade. I dont understand why. I have a standard w-2 and standard 1098-t.

TurboTax Free Edition only covers very basic tax forms.
