First, make sure you've linked your TurboTax and Credit Karma accounts.
See Credit Karma's Linking your TurboTax account to Credit Karma page for guidance. If the accounts aren’t linked, go ahead and link them.
Next, check to see if the primary taxpayer on your tax return is the same person whose name the Credit Karma account is in.
If the primary taxpayer on your tax return isn't the account holder on your Credit Karma account, Credit Karma may not be able to process your advance.
To check this in TurboTax Online:
If the primary taxpayer isn't the Credit Karma account holder, you can update the information on the Personal info summary screen to switch the order of you and your spouse.
