You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
It can take up to 15 minutes for the code to be emailed to you, and check your junk email folders too. Don't try to get a new code too soon; it will invalidate the old code and and you'll end up waiting longer.
Also keep in mind, you can't get a code via text if you don't have a phone number listed in your Intuit Account.
If you can't sign in to your Intuit Account
The easiest option is to go to account recovery and follow the steps to get into your account.
If account recovery doesn't work, fill out an Email Change Request (takes longer) depending on your product.

Check that you have the correct email/phone number listed in your account. You can do this in the Sign in & security section of your Intuit Account. Sign into your Intuit Account
If you have typed the exact code that was sent and it doesn’t work, this is most likely because you have generated multiple codes and are not using the most recent one.
NOTE: Some email platforms append emails from the same sender, so your latest code may display as a response or reply to one of the earlier codes.
