Are my dividends qualified dividends?

Per this article: Where do I enter my 1099-DIV in TurboTax Online? (intuit.com)

I am entering my dividends manually, since I didn't get a 1099-DIV from Robinhood.

However, I'm having trouble understanding if my Ordinary Dividends also qualify as Qualified Dividends.

Per page 28 of this document from the IRS: 2023 Publication 550 (irs.gov)

Specifically, I'm confused about the Holding Period.  I stopped purchasing stocks in 2022, my most recent Order was in 2022.  I haven't sold anything since 2021.  Do all of my dividends received in 2023 count as Qualified Dividends?

Thank you in advance.

Yes, if your last purchase of the stock was in 2022 and you haven't sold anything since 2021, you have met the holding period requirement.  The dividends would be considered Qualified Dividends if they also meet these two requirements:

  1. They were paid by a US corporation (or qualified foreign corporation). Examples: Walmart, Home Depot & Disney.
  2. They were paid as a regular dividend and not capital gain distributions, payment in lieu of dividends, or dividends from a tax-exempt organization.
