Amend return that will increase payment to IRS

I need to amend my previous return that was completed through TurboTax. In a separate post, I posted that the original payment to the IRS was insufficient due to TurboTax allowing The IRA contribution. When I open my current TurboTax for 2023 TurboTax does not allow the IRA contribution as it should have done. Now I am in a position to try to amend the return but now when I open Turbo Tax it shows the actual amount due to IRS Meaning that it did not allow the IRA contribution.. how can I amend my previous return which does not come up at all when I open TurboTax and  already have the amended amount in the current TurboTax application?
