Yes, but I get a message that "Once you register your tax return, or pay any TurboTax fees, we can no longer clear and start over." .... I have technically done neither of these, only have applied fees to the account based upon needing to fill out a 1099-Misc

Correct, I have not been charged for anything yet, and have not payed online at all
