ALL the advertising in my area on TV, and Radio has told us that using TurboTax was FREE. I am now being charged. WHY? This is FALSE Advertising!

There is no way to be encouraging and positive when TT has ripped you off for a total of $155 for something you did not want and then you spend over 6 hours working on the simple taxes and almost 2 hours on the phone with TT.  I will never use them again.

Same problem here and i will never use Turbo Tax again.  It would be easier to just file a couple of paper forms and send in the mail.  Turbo Tax makes it difficult and now I had to pay $117 because I thought to have the fee taken out of the refund would be easy for everyone involved and it is not easier it only costs more ($40 more) and then they add the expert services I did not want, another $75 for what???  SO a total of ?FREE? I don;t think so.  It was so easy last year.  Took 2 hours and went right along and this w\year it took 5 hours with almost 2 hours on the phone with Gordon.   Did I say I will never use you again and I will be sure and tell all my friends not to use TUrbo Tax either.

I am still upset every time i see that stupid commercial about the fishing accident and that is how I feel when I think of being stabbed in  the pocketbook for the $117 this year and wasting almost 2 hours on the phone trying to fix this problem and it could not be fixed.  You will never get another penny of my tax money and I will tell all my friends NOT to use Turbo tax.

HR Block is TOTALLY FREE. They don't like like Turbo Tax does.

TT has decided that being free does not make any money so now they trick you in a way tomake that money.  I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN and have used them for probably 15 years now.  NEVER AGAIN and will try to tell as many people as I can not to use them.

WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY! Customer service sucks!!  Horrible rep. Turbo tax and the customer service totally sucks. The representative was very unhelpful, and a total jerk very rude was telling me that I need to have some type of incentive for him to want to help me or give me any kind of discount or break because I started my taxes on the website instead of the app which the promotion does not apply to and it does not clarify on their tv ad if you file before 2/18 it’s free if yo. False advertisement they suck. TurboTax sucks. I will never use them again either ever. !!!!
