ALL my tax information is now GONE!

I completed my taxes, but TurboTax wouldn't take my bank routing number. Per TurboTax advice, I needed to "clear my cache" so I did that per internet instructions. Now ALL of my tax information is BLANK, like I never even started my taxes!!! HELP!!!!!

Whenever you exit TurboTax, it should ask to save your tax file, you need to find out where TT has saved them and try to open your last file that you worked on and start where you left off. Go to file select open tax file and search for your latest TT file you worked on, also ensure that you are logged into the correct TT account that was used to start your taxes. Good luck.
