We were incorrectly charged for Deluxe when we were trying to file basic deductions with standard
The first call was to a person that could barely understand English, and had a rooster crowing in the background; not kidding
He hung up on us
The second call was to another person who could barely understand English, and did not understand the phrase: standard deductions and charges for a service we did not want
It took three attempts for them to find the correct words to tell us to call back in an hour
They did not understand a simple request in English and wanted to pass us off then they hung up.
