Where do I report additional Federal and State taxes we had to pay due to underpayment of our 2017 taxes.

Assuming you paid them in 2018, you claim the State taxes paid (but not any interest or penalties) on your Federal return.

Some states allow you to claim Federal taxes paid (but not any interest or penalties) on your State tax return.
