I need help with filing a 8379. The program is not allowing me to file the form however I did file it last year.

How do I file Form 8379, Injured Spouse Allocation?

When you follow the instructions in the link PaulaM provided, you can just leave the questions that apply to the "innocent spouse relief" blank to get to the questions related to Form 8379: Injured Spouse Allocation. 

When you complete the interview, TurboTax will determine if you qualify as an injured spouse. If your tax situation is different from last year, it may be that you don't qualify this year.

It would be nice if we could just go directly to 8379. I've been through the incorrrect (8857) form a couple of times now and it never gets me to 8379.
