83(b) for Founders Stock with Nominal Value

I purchased restricted stock as a company founder in Oct 2023 and submitted the appropriate paperwork within 30 days to the IRS. I paid the FMV for the stock so there is no compensation earned from this stock. I have not begun to take a salary from the company therefore I do not have a w-2 for 2023 either. Since there is no income to report on my 1040, my question is whether or not I should include a copy of my 83(b) election with my 2023 1040? If so, is that all that is required?
