I just received a form 480.6C for "Other payments not subject to withholding" on a Morgan Stanley IRA account. I have never received one before and have no idea what it is for. I assume it represents some kind of income. It is for $.84. I have already filed my tax return for 2023. It seems I will have to file an amended return to include this "income", however, I cannot find any place in the income section that speaks to this form. I have searched all the forms in TurboTax desktop and do not find it in any of the forms.
2 questions. Do I have to file an amended return for 84 cents? And, if so, what kind of income do I call it?
I have searched my Morgan Stanley statements for this amount of money, but it does not appear as a single transaction, so I can't tell what it is for.
Thanks in advance for your help.
