2023 State Tax Software glitch

My husband originally had an ITIN number, but received his social security number in 2017.  Filed all the required paperwork with the state/fed, etc.  I have been using Turbo Tax since 2017 and it has always recognized the social security number.  This time (2023) the Fed portion accepted it fine, but the State portion keeps recognizing it as an ITIN number and says we are not eligible for certain credits.  Last year, Turbo Tax  State portion recognized it as a social number.  I would think this means its a glitch in the State portion of the software.  What can we do??

I suggest you delete the state return and start it over. There may be something in there carried over from the previous year and deleting the return may remove that.
