2023 federal ....after smart checking...... error asking for FEMA name and # when no disaster distribution was taken !

I am believing that this is an error in the desk top turbo tax system because I have checked several times to make sure that the 1099R is a roll over and not cashed out and error is still showing up!

Don't recall entering 1099-SA getting questions if distribution taxable. By chance turbo tax said was taxable. I checked the proper box on the form. How report error?
