I mistakenly did not save the install file for 2022 Turbotax for Windows purchased as a download last year from Walmart. It does not show up in Downloads for my account. I CAN enter the License Code into a Download form, but when I press download I get: "This license code has already been associated with an account. Please check THAT account and look for it in Downloads."
Assuming that 'other account' part of the message is true, is there a way to find out some or all of the email address associated with that 'other account.' I am very surprised to get a message about another account since I have been using the same account since at least 2014. Should I contact Intuit? Can any of you help?
