2019 eFile Reject: 2018 AGI entered correctly. Mailed 2018 paper return (received by IRS April 1st 2020), NOT processed yet. How to eFile 2019 return? Try 2018 AGI = $0?

Background: 2019 eFile Rejection due to 2018 AGI non-match. Unable to submit 2018 return via eFile (eFile option discontinued).
2018 Paper Return mailed and received & signed-for by IRS April 1st 2020.  
At this point, can I eFile the 2019 Return and enter 2018 AGI as $0.00 to overcome the non-match issue?

If you didn't file a 2018 return with the IRS, you should enter zero for your AGI.  In this case, using zero may work if the IRS has not processed your 2018 return.
