2016 hurricare distrirbution in 2018

entered my wife's 1099r then it brought me to a question regarding my 2016 hurricane distribution. I can't recall and did not get a distribution regarding a hurricane. It's also asking if I repaid anything to another retirement plan. I did but it was a loan I took out of my 401k. I repaid one off.

A loan is not considered a distribution for tax purposes (unless you default on it) so you would not enter anything here as you would have had no distribution then if you had a loan.
