If I received 2 1095 a forms with different policy numbers, but only entered one of the 8962 form on my tax return, Do I need to amend my tax return?

Yes, you should file an amended return to include the additional Form 1095-A, as this might affect your.  You must first wait until the initial return is completely processed.  You will also have to use the same TurboTax account that you used for the original tax return.
