I had a S Corp in 2018 that was finalized in that year. This year (2022) I received a 1099C in the S Corp name and EIN number. Do I pick this up on my personal taxes since the S Corp has been closed since 2018?

Since the S Corporation is a pass-through entity, the income you mention would end up being taxable to you, assuming you were the sole owner of the S corporation. So, you should report the income on your tax return.
Yes I am the sole shareholder. But it is in the S Corp EIN number. That will not be an issue?
This should not be an issue if you report it the way ThomasM suggests. If you had reported this on your S-Corp return, the 1099C income would have been passed on to you regardless for you to report in your own personal return.
You will still report this on this year's personal return as if this 1099C had been issued in your name.
