Why does my w2 have an amount for my shares of stock but does not list the taxes that I paid when I cashed it out?  The 1099 he does not list that also however I have my printouts from fidelity summarizing the amount of shares how much they were how much taxes were taking out and how much I received.  I entered the amount on my W-2 in that box but I'm not sure whether to add the 1099-b form also and what would I enter because it doesn't show the correct amount after taxes were paid on that

You should contact your employer/payroll company if you think your W-2/1099 is incorrect. You should enter them as they are shown in TurboTax. That is the way the IRS gets them.  The IRS often cross-references what you reported on your tax return to the copies of Form(s) W-2 and 1099's they have on file. If you had tax withholdings that you do not see reported, you should also inquire about that before completing your tax return.
