1099 misc from mortgage

while looking online under chases online tax documents for las year I found a 1099 misc form for earned income of 3k. I called chase and they said it was due to a credit or my downpaument grant for my mortgage. I was never sent this form so do i need to ammend 2022 taxes?

Yes. If you had $3000 in earned income that was left off of your 2022 tax return then you should amend the return to show it. Otherwise you look forward to a letter from the IRS about it.
