1099-INT

I missed entering a 1099-INT for the amount of $17.40.  The question I have is how do I go about claiming this income?  Can I do this on the 2022 tax returns?  Or do I need to do a amended income tax return for 2021?

1099-INT

Yes, you will need to file amendment for tax year of 2021 if the 1099-INT is for TY 2021. The tax forms should match the tax year. Here is the instruction on "How do I amend my 2021 return".
