1099-DIV Government obligations

I have a question relating to form 1099-DIV.  When entering dividend income in TT, it asks:

"Enter the amount of dividends reported on Form 1099-DIV for FUND that represents interest from US Government obligations"

My statement has direct and indirect.  Should I enter both?  The direct shows that it is qualified in NJ (my state), but the indirect does not say anything (neither Qual nor Not Qual)

The statement regarding interest from US obligations refers to United States Savings Bonds and similar investments. The interest on United States Treasury notes is not taxable on your state return, that is what the question refers to. I'm not sure what you mean by Direct and Indirect and qualified,  maybe you could explain more?
