1098 form for records versus irs

Me and my Spouse have a 1098 interest form.  We file jointly.  My name is listed first for taxes but on the 1098 is list my Spouse name first with Social number. Is it okay the turbotax records say my social instead of my Spouse (since I assume this 1098 is not going to IRS)?  Will IRS see mortgage interest in spouse name but since its a joint return it will be fine?

Yes, it is okay and it will be fine.   You are filing joint, so all the interest, no matter whose name is on the form, belongs on the return.
