Turbo Tax asked if I received a 1095-A. I check "NO". then a message comes up stating "The IRS won't penalize you for not entering your form 1095-A, but, if may take longer for them to process your return".
I earlier received an answer from a Turbo Tax Expert stating I didn't have to enter any 1095-a information. What is the right answer. Do I, or do I not have to enter 1095-A information, which I do not have. will my return be delayed because 1095-A information is missing from my return.

There was a confusion or misunderstanding. You don't have to report Form 1095-B or 1095-C, however you MUST report Form 1095-A. Your return won't be proceed by the IRS until their receive the reporting from you. The Form 1095-A affects your return, it could either increase or decrease your refund.
