1095-A (health insurance premium tax credits for 8962) does this mean i don't have to 'Reconcile premium tax credit' because it's already included in this section?

Yes, if you enter your 1095-A information in TurboTax, it will create the Form 8962 if needed to reconcile the Advanced Premium Tax Credit. See Where do I enter my 1095-A?
