1095-A and FTB 3895 issue?

Here's my issue.

I received both a 1095-A for Federal and a FTB 3895 for CA.

I enter my 1095-A info on the federal portion no issues. When I get to the state part it asks me if I had health care coverage. I say yes and ask if I received a 3895 form. I say yes and fill out that form with exact information I received. It then calculates that I get a 22,800 refund from the state. Never received this kind of refund in the past. It seems like Turbo tax didn't carry over the 1095-A info to the state to show that I received federal assistance as well for health insurance.  I called CA Franchise tax board and Covered CA and they seem to think it is aTurbo Tax issue. Is there any software problems with CA turbotax or updates that I didn't get? When I check updates it says I am currently up to date. Any input on this would be appreciated.

1095-A and FTB 3895 issue?

Information for both forms is identical in part II coverage information except for column C. When I entered 1095-A form in state info my state payment was 2,600. When I found the CA form 3895 and entered the correct column C info my state payment dropped to $47. This is a huge issue as thousands of people may get this wrong, Turbo Tax really needs to fix this.
