1095-A and 8962

I received a 1095-A form with my premiums listed. They are at the full price, i.e. there is no advance premium credit. The issue is that I did not personally pay the premiums, an agency that I am receiving assistance from pays on my behalf.  If I enter the 1095-A as it reads, the 8962 shows I'm entitled to a credit for 100% of the premiums. But since someone else paid them, it's not really due to me. Should I just not file the 8962 at all?

If you did not pay the premiums and are not entitled to the premium tax credit, you do not enter your form 1095-A in your return.

The IRS allows  you to not enter your form 1095-A when there is no advance premium tax credit (all numbers in column C are zeroes or blank).
