My 1065-K-1 also has the K-3 box checked but not provided until the summer.  I live in San Diego County where we have until June 15th to file and owe tax on my 1040.  Won't I owe the same amount of interest and penalty whether I file now with a possible amendment or file an extension?

If your zip-code has a June 15 Tax Day due to a disaster, you will get a late payment penalty for not paying by Jun 15. You can file up to Oct 15, with extension.
