1042-S Recipient’s name filed change

Hi

I am planing to file 1042-S form for tax return but I have one problem

My Recipient’s name filed on the forms that is filed to IRS is different from my actual personal name.

Its because on the marketplace that has issued the form we have added our company name instead of name of the Individual.

Can I amend Recipient’s name and have 1042-S reissued?

Or can I file papers that proves that company is registered to my name since 1042-S is related to individuals?

Please update your question.

A Form 1042-S is to report income, the Marketplace is for health Insurance and issues Form 1095-A
