1040: Why line 9 (Standard deduction or itemized deductions) has $12,200?

I'm filing a zero income tax return and about to send my Form 1040 to IRS.

I printed it out from TurboTax (as it doesn't let me e-file zero income tax return), and noticed that line 9 has amount 12,200. Is this correct? Or, should I change it to "0"?

Yes, the amount $12,000 shown on line 9 Form 1040 is correct. Do not attempt to change it to "0".

The standard deduction is shown on line 9 Form 1040 even for a "zero income tax return".
