Here is a detailed list of all the items that transfer over from a prior year when using the transfer feature in Turbotax (you must have the .tax2015 file on your computer if using the desktop program in order to transfer).  In the desktop program, once you have gone past the transfer option, you won't be able to transfer for that return.  You would have to start a new, fresh return and use the transfer feature from the beginning (go to File > New Tax Return).  In the online program, you can still transfer using the feature under Tools in My Account, but it will wipe out any work already completed and start you fresh.
