Would I check yes or no to the question asking if child care is provided by my employer? I pay the child care center directly. I get some amount reimbursed from my FSA.

There are child care centers available on the military base I work at.  My children attend one of those child care centers.

You would check the no box. Although the child care was provided at work, the child care is not provided by your employer (they make you pay for the child care out of pocket).
