Wisconsin Medial Insurance premium credit for a retiree under 65

Using 2023 turbo tax premium, my wife is a retiree, under age 65.  She pays for her medical insurance thru the state retirement program (totaled $5,130 in 2023), comes out of her retirement check each month.  She gets reimbursed a part of that from her former employer - quarterly (totaled $2,727 in 2023).  How do I report this in Turbo TaX (Premier) for 2023, under Wisconsin?  (My Obamacare costs and credits are already loaded into Work Sheet 2, lines #2 and #4 (so no issue with my premiums)).  Thanks!!!

On the Wisconsin Medical Care Insurance screen, she can enter only the difference between the premiums for the  medical premiums for the state retirement program and what she is reimbursed by her old employer. In other words, she can claim on that screen only after-tax dollars that she actually paid, net of all reimbursements.
