Why won't employee contributions show up in the HSA filing portion on Turbotax? I have a 1099 form. What do I do?

I have two W2's. Only one has an HSA.

"Only one has an HSA" - Do you mean that one W-2 has code W in box 12 of the W-2?

Why do you have two W-2s? Did you have two jobs?

Have you gone to the HSA interview (Deductions & Credits->Medical->1099-SA, HSA, MSA)? You should be able to enter the 1099-SA in this interview by saying that you spent money out of the HSA in 2023.
