The "yes" can get stuck if the answer was inadvertently selected and some point and then changed.
To remove this, you'll want to remove the form that is associated with this - Schedule B.
In TurboTax online you can remove the schedule by following these steps:
- Click on Tax Tools in the menu on the left.
- Click on Tools.
- In the pop up box click, Delete a Form.
- Scroll down and select Schedule B.
After you confirm the deletion of this form, return to the section for interest. Confirm that any other entries in this section are still there (they should be) and be sure to select no on the foreign accounts question.
It can also help to clear your browser cache and cookies before returning to the interest section of the program.
