Why is system asking for adjoining lot information when I don't own any other property than my home?

The system would like the county and property index number. It will not let me bypass and complete the forms for submittal.

I assume that you are in Illinois and are being asked for county and PIN? Try just entering your own PIN again so that you can e-file. I don't believe that it will change your Illinois tax or refund (but do check before you e-file and let us know if it does).
