You can deduct mileage if you're self-employed or own a business. Employees can no longer deduct work-related mileage in tax years 2018 through 2025 due to the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

What type of miles? Employee business miles are no longer deductible under the new Federal tax law.

If you are self-employed, you must upgrade to TT Self-Employed to claim mileage.

Is there a limitation on expense deduction for conservation expenses related to the Eqip program? Pub 225 on page 30 says yes there is limitation of 25%? It is unclear?
