Why are my goodwill donations not importing into Turbo Tax ?

when I select an item and click to add it, it is not being saved.

I experienced similar issues with Goodwill donations when I tried to use the Turbo Tax functionality to value the items.  I worked around it by going directly to the Goodwill web site, entering and valuing my donated items there and then entering the date and value on Turbo Tax under the value myself tab.
