Where to report sales expenses for land

We received a 1099S for sale of vacant land, but it did not deduct the sales commission from the gross proceeds. TT says that I can deduct those in section on sales expenses, but I cannot locate that. I considered adjusting the amount where I entered the proceeds, but the IRS has a copy of the form and I think they should match.

When you enter this in the investment section under Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other.

You will get to the Enter Land Sale Information Page

There is a checkbox for I paid sales expenses not included in net proceeds.

Checking this box opens a box to enter the sales expenses.
