Where to report Foreign Mutual Fund and Public Provident Fund (PPF) on form 8938

The mutual fund and the Provident Fund go in part V.  

Keep in mind that these assets may also require completion of Form 8621, which is not included in TurboTax.

The mutual fund and the Provident Fund go in part V.  

Keep in mind that these assets may also require completion of Form 8621, which is not included in TurboTax.

Thank you for responding. Do they have to be reported even if the total value for both of them combined is less than $25k? I was reading 8621 exceptions and looks like I do not need to report them.

You are correct, you would be the below the filing threshold.
