Where in turbotax do I enter information for section 179, large vehicle purchase?

Enter the purchase in the Vehicle section of your self-employment business expenses. 

From here you will enter the information about the vehicle, including business miles.  You will have to answer all the questions about the vehicle and eventually you will get to a screen where you tell Turbo Tax you want check actual mileage calculation or actual expenses.

Once you enter actual expenses, you will be given options for which depreciation option you want to utilize.  See the sample screenshot below.
