You can enter that in TurboTax as a medical itemized deduction. Your combined medical deductions are only allowable to the extent they are over 7.5% of your adjusted gross income. Also, you need to benefit from itemizing deductions on your return for the medical expense deduction to be beneficial.

You enter it in the Deductions and Credits section, then Medical, then Medical Expenses. If the deduction does not benefit you on your federal tax return, it may still benefit you on your state tax return.
