Where do i enter the amt from 1099s in the program? The sale from the sale of the house from an estate of the deceaced mother

In the Wages & Income section, under Investment Income, choose 'Stocks, Cryptocurrency, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other'.

For Investment Type, choose 'Other'.   Continue, and choose 'Second Home' and 'I inherited it' and the Address as Description.

You'll enter the Sales Proceeds and the FMV as of the date of death. 

You can add Sales Costs if not reported on the 1099-S.
