Where do I enter property tax proration reimbursement I received at the closing sale of my home?

The prorated property taxes charged to the buyer when you sold your home must be deducted from the amount of property taxes that you claim in 2017.

If you paid say, $6,000 of property taxes and $2,000 were charged and reimbursed by the buyer, then you claim only $4,000 of property taxes.
